This is fantastic! As collectors we need all the reference material we can get our hands on, and this looks to be a valuable addition. Thank you for putting the work into it and I sincerely hope that your published work sells well. I'll do my part to get the word out.

thanks for the kind words

It took me seven years with research to finish that book ... and also it took a long time to find a publisher. Now I'm trying to make my book known, because the publisher is not doing any advertisement. I'm not doing it for business and there is no chance to earn money with it, but it's a hobby and good feeling to have an own book

I have nothing to do with the book or publisher, I offer the following purely as information to those of us who have been waiting so long for such a reference. To quote:
