They might issue a call tag, which would simplify things.

I've found w/ most white dot sights they are regulated to cover the target w/ the front dot. I'm not particularly fond of this sight picture because if you're shooting at something small the target is obscured, but that's the way they work.

Try covering teh target w/ the front sight. If you're already shooting it that way, call Springfield. All of them shoot POA. I'd have someone else shoot it, just to be sure and call Springfield if the problem persists.
