Is a Marlin 336 made in 1952 a C&R |

I bought a marlin 336 in 32 Win Special that was made in 1952 (57 years old) can I have it shipped as a C&R or do I need to go through a regular FFL?

If it is over 50 years old, it is a C&R. However shipping it will depend on your state and what the seller says. A lot of people ignore the C&R License
out of stupidity.

Yup. It is a C&R by definition but many people won't treat it that way.

All of the Remington 721's and 722's that I own were purchased under my 03 FFL. Those rifles are fifty years old and they still rock. Having a seller
review the Remington website seems to do the trick as to the proof that they qualify.
