One problem: the sear makes slight contact with the cocking piece when on SAFE. When the trigger is pulled while on SAFE the sear drops out of contact, the cocking piece moves forward a teensy bit and the sear is unable to return to position when the trigger is released. Does the same thing with another known-good bolt. Moving the safety slightly in the counterclockwise direction cams the cocking pice back and allows the sear to rise back into position. Spring and pins are OK. No physical damage I can see with a magnafyer, so I guess I have to stone the sear, cocking piece or both a small amount to achieve clearance.
