Took this little 4x4 this past week West River with my 8mm Husky/FN Sporter.
I think I have a new favourite.
It carries and handles beautifully.
By the way,the date on the photo is screwed up,I changed batteries,it really was in season!

I bought one of those last year and still haven't had a chance to try it. Mine only has the iron sights, and I am hesitant to drill and tap it for a scope
just yet. What ammo were you using on that nice buck?

I put a Redfield receiver sight on that I found at a gunshow last year,it was a target model but with a large diameter peep it works great.
Rounds are handloads,195 gr Hornadys and 46grns of Reloder 22.Chronos at about 2500fps. John "Pity the Man who hears the pipes and was'na born in Scotland!"

After the season I've had, it's nice to see a tag filled. Congratulations.
