someone "owed" me so they paid me off with a Finnish M28. Hex receiver, SIG (yes Swiss) barrel on a Finn rifle. It has the "Ski-Troop" stock - a double sling slot on the rear of the stock. Update follows:
or some equally fun title to say someone gave me a rifle today. A Finn M28 with a SIG barrel...These old milsurps have a lot of character in the markings, wood, and they just have a feel like they really have been there and done it in battle. Imagine, perhaps, how many enemy soldiers appeared in the sights of this old Finn...the bore is not bright, but not real dark, strong lands and grooves; the Importer appears to be "Marathon" does anyone know anything about them?
