The first gun I ever fired was an SLR L1A1 in 7.62 (.308) so no pressure then. :-) Had a go at everything I could get my hands on since, owned pistols until they were banned in 1997 Used to reload pistol ammo, I recently got back into shooting after a few years off, (so many hobbies, so little time/cash) I currently own a No1 Mk3 Ishapore Enfield .303 A Tikka M55 sporter in 7.62 The ubiquitous Ruger 1022 A BSA / Martini .22 Target rifle. A few semi auto shotguns AL391's etc. I intend to reload the rifle ammo in the near future. Regards RH

You all can often bring different perspectives and sometimes have access to different reference material than most of us typically have. And there's know question of your dedication to gun collecting/shooting considering the difficult and hostile environment in which you participate. (please do not take that as a crack on your home country. I do not mean it so. I only refer to the restrictions on Gun related activities prevalent in your local). Hey, keep watch on the "Parallax View" forum in the next few weeks for coverage of our Charlotte Rifle & Pistol club's military style rifle match March 13th. I usually post results, photos and film clips of it here. You will enjoy it I bet and I know you'll wish you had something like it back home. Lot's of FAL's including L1A1s, M1As, M1 Garands, Enfields, Mausers, Mosins in action against steel plates at 200 yards all rapid fire in timed events. Here's a little teaser for you.
