Found this video at the local library. British made film, made in 1999. About a group of British troops in the trenches a few days before the opening of the Battle of the Somme. Probably the only movie you're going to see a pull-through used cleaning a Lee Enfield, or loading stripper clips for that matter. As you've guessed, lots of Lee Enfields in the movie. Even has the runner fetching the SRD. It's actually a very good movie. Check it out if you can find it. Yes, it does end with them "going over the top". Seems all the good WW1 movies are coming out of Britian these days.
