The rifle has been bubba'd- stock and barrel cut back, bolt bent. I've offered it for sale on the trader boards. My question is how do I legally sell it? It's not in original configuration and I got it before I had my C&R. I don't want to get in trouble with anybody, especially over this thing.

Posts: 4246 Sep 7 04 2:59 PM Banned User Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Certainly you can sell it, but not as C&R. You'd treat it as any other firearm sale. No bound book entries required. Simply ship it to any legal buyer in your state or to any 01 FFL in another state. Butch
