I am currently waiting for my C&R renewal - but it has been about 6 weeks with no word (or license). A few days ago I sent off an email to the ATF Licensing folks inquiring about my renewal. I received a reply today (from a Customer Service agent) stating that my license had been renewed and I should have it within ten days. I was surprised to get an answer from a real person instead of some computer generated generic message. How refreshing! We'll see if it arrives as promised.
