I recently got in a bunch (almost 700) of 1895 and 1912 Chilean bayos in horrible to good + condition. Most of the 1895s were german made, but a handful were marked OEWG. All of the 1912s were marked this way as expected. I assume that these were replacement bayos. Any ideas about rareity or value of the 1895s?...Regards....Layne at TGP

Dont think they are that rare, though the German ones are the largest proportion. Woudl be interested in one to go with my 1895 collection though. I have a
fairly large range of 1895's on a page dedicated to the type at www.old-smithy.info if you want to see others avaiable
