probably should ask ATF,but will try here first. what does the ATF do with illegal weapons discovered ,say from estates,found in the attic,stacked in a corner
of the basement,ect.seems if they were of any intrest a museum could use them. thanks...jwr
PS: by illegal I mean,like your great great grand dads short barreled double shotgun used on the stagecoach in the more wilder days,or your uncle's "made off with" grease gun that came from one of "Pattons" tanks.or even that "rusty old Thompson" with AC carved in the stock.
