How far to strip a Krag?? |
Lead | |
|
Working on my latest closet gun I just found. 1898 Krag. Pretty nice shape, but very dirty with old dried cosmo/grease from one end to the other. Any good
sites on how to take the trigger and magazine assy apart on this thing? Has a nice peep site (non-drill and tap), chopped barrel and a 03 front site
installed. Guessing ooooollld deer rifle. Yes, borders on the verge of sporting, but this is my restoration project. I have most of the parts (barrel,
stock) to restore it back. Been looking for a nice receiver for awhile and this is it. Thank you.
