Posts: 3934 (02/02/10 08:52 PM) Host Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Tags : None Hi, folks. One of my friends has a Czech VZ 16/33 carbine that his pop brought home from WW2 many many moons ago. He's looking for any info regarding these bayonets for this rifle: what thye look like, rarity, value, etc. I'm not a bayonet collector myself, so while I was able to help him identify the rifle, I'm of no value to him with regards to the bayonet. Posts: 63 (02/08/10 10:16 PM) active member Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	They made a special bayonet for the VZ-33. They are scarce and desirable. Figure in the $200-$300 range. I don't have one, so no pic on my site. However, there are a couple pictured at www.old-smithy.us on the Czechoslovakia page. Whenever there is a simple error that most laymen fall for, there is always a slightly more sophisticated version of the same problem that the experts fall for.
