I just paid $50 for this Remo Popular 12 guage and I am having some issues with operating the bolt. As seen in the pics, whenever I pull the bolt about halfway back, what looks to be the bolt guide(?) begins to lift out from the receiver, and it snaps out completely when the bolt is fully retracted. Anyone have any idea what could be the cause of this, and is there a way to fix it? I bought this as a "wall hanger", but after extensive cleaning, I found that she has a first rate, mirror like bore and I'd like to see if I could take it out shooting. If I hold the bolt guide down with my fingers, I can load and eject a Snap cap without difficulty, anyone's opinion if this shotgun could be fired in the condition that it's in?
