Posts: 239 Apr 24 12 2:30 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Tags : None ROFLOL!!!! Picked this little gem up from my local Cabelas over the weekend for 3 bills. Nothing wrong with it other than bubba's cusomized grips. My favorite angle. I had to take bubba's grips off to shoot as with the grips on I could depress the grips safety far enough in to shoot it. I also lost the nut that held them on the gun. What can you guys tell me about this gun. I believe it is a third issue as there is no barrel bushing. It has a serial number of 424XXX. I guess I haven't been following the market. I'd have thought $300 a bit much. But then, I recall trying to find a "cheap" .380 a little while back. Seems there wasn't anything under $300. It was years ago now I guess that I gave $160 for this... (The green cast is mostly just a fluke of the camera shot likely as a result of the back ground.) No finish left but 1917 manufacture and a name with 1921 date scratched in the grip scales. It still shoots fine too though the sights aren't much use. But then, this was never meant for the target range. Just like the one used by Humphrey Bogart in Casa Blanca. (Or was that one a .380?) (4/22/13- Post edited to replace the image lost when I moved it.) Posts: 13338 Apr 22 13 9:19 AM Forum Site Moderator Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	This is a bit late to the topic and surely beyond the op's interest but, just as a thought against somebody running across another something like this- the grips on there could be cut down to the original profile and refinished for a simple set of plain wood grips. Not absolutely correct but, at least they wouldn't look horrible.
