I'm pretty sure I won't have any hitches in re-applying for a c&r license after not having one for six years, when I had one from 2000-2006 twice, it was interesting concerning the question of "have I ever had a ffl before" where I had to do a separate sheet of paper explanation, plus the fact that I have moved in the last four years. I was reading the instruction sheet printout and got the impression they now make a call before the license is issue, if true that will be interesting if I can be around during the day to receive that call. Mainly I am hoping to again qualify for dealer pricing for accessories, and even be able to get some lower cost parts guns/pistols that won't break the budget when transfer fees are involved for c&r. Though, being able to get c&r pistols, even sell off extra's was getting impossible even six years ago cause all a c&r can do is use UPS, maybe FedEx but not the post office, and I was using UPS, and they got so expensive and locally very badly anti-gun. I mean, I think its likely bout $60 UPS overnight delivery for a c&r pistol from another private individual.

And I just received my c&r ffl today the 4th June, I mean, I swear I sent in the paperwork priority mail two weeks and two days ago, and that was quick.
I don't plan on purchasing a "bound book" like I did before, I printed the free printable pages offered here and will hole punch those and put in a three ring binder.

That is fast, it took me 7 weeks for renewal here in KY.

Yeah, it was fast, I mean, I am on the west coast of Oregon, sent paperwork to Atlanta, Georgia, and technically it wasn't a "renewel" either, especially after more than half a decade. In November 6th 2000 I sent in my initial application for the first time, and four weeks later I had my license as well. One thing about any "calls" for verification, I may have received possibly a covert verification of my phone number to new residence, where someone called and was asking for a different name, and I answered the phone and said it was my last name residence, had the new address for four years, etc, and the person thanked me and said most folks don't answer calls to help out a wrong phone caller, etc, got the license in about the time it would take from WV licensing center, bout a week. Anyway, who knows really, don't really care, its nice to have one if not for at least dealer pricing at some gun supplies companies, and maybe an occasional c&r purchase, helps sell spare items too, like some dealers don't want to take things for transfer if it aint from a ffl, from what I've read.

I screwed up and sent my renewal in too late. They made me apply for a new one.

Then the bastages screwed up on my address. Somehow it still made its way to me with the second digit in my address wrong. Then it took like two weeks, 3 phone calls, and 4 emails to get it straight. Then in two days they sent me two copies of it for some reason. Messed up!

People say I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. If I have so many guns, what do I need to be paranoid about?
