I just found this site and am well impressed so far. Yesterday I added to my collection with the arrival of a Yugo 24/47 from Classic Firearms. I usually deal with SOG but took a chance with Classic as they are nearby. The rifle is OK not as advertised but great bore. Of course it took a few hours to get rid of the Cosmoline. My other milsurp guns are Mosin-Nagant 91/30, a Romanian M44, a Chinese SKS, a Romanian Tokarev, a Yugoslav Tokarev (9 round mag), a couple of P38's (ac42,ac45). Now I just need a Garand M1, a M1 carbine, and a couple of Japanese weapons and that should do it for now smiley: happy

I shoot at the Rockingham Conty Gun Club. I've been a member for three years. It's a great club and a great place to shoot. We have about 1200 members but it is only crowded during deer season when folks are zeroing for their one shot. smiley: laugh

Howdy and another welcome to you. There's some great forums for those weapons you have. I am particularly fond of the Yugoslav Mausers. if you have any interest at all in the history connected with those weapons, drop in to our, Bill's, Yugoslav Mauser Forum http://milsurpshooter.net/forums/84/The-Yugoslavian-Mauser-Forum and read the stickies there. The European author Branko Bogdanovic joined our forum and has favored us with many facts including some not published anywhere else.
