My CZ52 is driving me nuts. It takes two hits from the hammer to set off 95 % of the ammo. Is there a stronger hammer spring I can install in the pistol. It's not the ammo, because I can shoot the same ammo in my TT33s and it fires first time every time. Any solutions would be appreciated.
I did manage to banish the dreaded trigger slap. I installed the tricked out firing pin from Harrington , and also installed an 18.5 lb recoil spring from Wolff. I tried the 16.5 and it didn't solve it. I had another issue going on, W/ the 16.5 lb spring, when the slide locks back on an empty mag, and you release the mag, the second you begin to pull the mag, the slide slams into battery. Once I installed the 18.5 lb spring, the slide would stay locked to the rear, when I removed the mag.
